Campaign Story
Every day we take for granted all of the basic things we have: food, shelter, and access to hygienic needs. This initiative revolves around going ‘back to basics’ and giving refugee families in dire situations access to these luxuries that we take for granted each and every day. Help us make this a special moment in their lives!
With this project, we hope to support approximately 240 families within the refugee camps in West Bekaa, Lebanon. Each family will receive three food boxes and two hygiene kits, the contents of which are described below.
Hygiene kit ($19/kit)
Includes 5 liters of shampoo, 2 Dettol soaps, a nail clipper, cotton balls, 4 toothbrushes, tooth paste, cotton swabs and rubbing alcohol.
Food box ($22/box)
Includes sugar, rice, chickpeas, shaarieh, macaroni, dates, lentils, Indomie, groats, salt, cheese, tuna, mortadella, tomato paste, tea, cooking oil, and halawa.
