We are Swinburne film students looking for funding for our surrealist horror/drama short film. This money will go towards equipment, sets, props and to ensure we can make a product that best matches the ideas of our four aspiring film makers. With Sam Weight working the camera, Levii Wishart producing, Jonno Kelly editing and all directed and written by Carl Kurrajong, this team has a palpable amount of passion and drive that will ensure the donations are used to make the best product possible.

The Grey Delirium is a surrealist horror drama focusing on a young boy and his relationship with his mother, as explored through a delirium he enters as a result of an injury. Audiences are invited to follow Rowan, as he navigates the delirium within his own mind, dealing with his demons and confronting his past.

Please note that based on your donation amount, you will receive all previous rewards for any lower amount.

Levii Wishart (Producer)

Grey Delirium is a 5 minute short film. Donating will make this vision a reality, meaning you will be able to see this film in all it's glory. Prepare to enter into the abyss of the Grey Delirium. Horror lovers and people who want to step outside of their comfort zone will love this film. Funds will be used for props, equipment, catering for cast and crew, festival entry and mostly petrol as we have locations in; Lal Lal, near Ballarat, a warehouse in Kensington and a studio in Swinburne, Hawthorn. This film explores themes of dependence, independence and fear of abandonment and will make you feel the shifting tone and texture which can be described as innocent, dark, exciting, painful, nauseating, suspenseful, rest, calm, foreboding, grey, clay, large, small, twisting, convulsing, fear, terror, abandonment, sadness, and optimism. Any support will mean the world to me, as I can recreate that state I felt in childhood. My team and I will be extremely grateful for your help.

Kind regards, Carl Kurrajong (Writer and Director)
