SwimmingStrong

My name is Carlos Hunt, a 17 year old swimmer determined to tackle an important issue . I created SwimmingStrong to help underprivledged minority kids in the Chicagoland area receive FREE swim lessons from their local YMCA. Every year young African American and Hispanic children drown because in their local lakes and pools because of their limited access to proper swim instructing and more cuts happening in our school systems, someone has to help. More than 70% of African American and 62% of Hispanic kids know how to swim according to the CDC. With SwimmingStrong these kids can have an afterschool activity which gets them off the streets, in a safe environment while keeping them physically fit and having FUN!!! Please help me make this happen.
