Sweden Soccer Showcase – need $ for tryouts

Hi, my name is Sergio Luna.

I am 19 years old, live in Alexandria, Virginia and my passion is soccer. In March of 2013 I went to a Pro Soccer Consulting (PSC) tryout. PSC is a group of coaches who search for undiscovered talent accross the world. They gave us three days to show our soccer skills.  In April I received an email from the director of the agency telling me that they would like to see more of my soccer ability in Orebro and Stockholm July 30-August 11. This is an opportunity reserved only for  aprox 20 players from the Americas (US included, of course). In addition to being evaluated for possible soccer placements, they will be providing coaching and career advice.

Now the only thing that is holding me back from actually going, is the money! The recruiters do not cover airfare and the 12 day stay in Sweden, so I urgently need to raise $5500 so I can commit to attending.

I am the son of Mexican immigrants and have been in the US for 13 years. I completed high school in Virginia last year and have been helping my dad, who is a contractor, with odd jobs. My mother is a housekeeper. There is no way they can pay for this trip -- which is a great opportunity for me.  I plan to work hard in odd jobs in these next few weeks but I clearly am not going to be able to raise enough cash on my own...so I need your HELP!
