Course Information

It is interesting to note that as engineering professionals, we are so keen to share with our kith and kin, the projects that we have developed and the products we have innovated. However, more often than not, we never talk about how excellent we are at cost management and how profitable our activities have been. Much of the work we do is also very highly risky when it comes to the environment and to people's welfare, both where we work and to the communities we serve. It is thus imperative to include environmental and social metrics in our reporting.

The course seeks to smooth communication between operations personnel, procurement departments, the finance departments and other departments towards seamless and highly productive teamwork.

It has been developed for engineering and processing industry professionals to cover sustainability reporting and financial management by a seasoned civil and water engineer, who recently became a Certified Expert in Managerial Accounting and awaiting certification as a Certified Expert in Sustainable Finance, Risk Management and Strategy and Innovation with the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
