A blessed day to you!

I am May, wife of Telly Ballesteros. My husband had a Hemorragic stroke with a 33-34cc bleed last November 2015. The stroke left his right side paralyzed and mental skills were down. As of today, he still cannot recognize his name. But his memory is there. He cannot decide for himself. Limbs are very tingly, hurts most of the time. But he is a fighter.

Before stroke, he was a great and talented Graphic Designer. We were confined in the Philippine General Hospital's Neuro Intensive Care Unit for almost a month. Why we? Because I was the only one with him throughout the hospitalization process. No other relative from his side came. Being in a public hospital, I was the only one to be with him 24/7. Slept on the floor with only carton boxes to protect my back against the cold floor, wake up at 2am just to fall in line in the pharmacy to get daily medicine and even help in transporting him for lab exams pushing through the crowded alleys of PGH. They are only few of the sacrifices that made me a lot more stronger.. so many more stories to be told.. but i will stay up for the sake of our kids, Lukas and Nathan.. I had to be strong though most of the time I was so scared.

More than a year has passed and our finances are very short. No income sources at all. If only I could divide myself just to meet our needs.Telly needs to have a companion always because his brain is still on recovery. It's as if I am taking care of a baby. He doesn't know my name, our kids names or even his name. But his memory is intact, the doctor said. He wants to be well again, work again for our family. Regular Physical therapy is needed like Ultrasound and Electronic stimulation for his very tight muscles, as well as muscle relaxant meds. We are in the state of "rechanneling".. but, no source of finances to help support the rehabilitation.

I cannot go to work because I have to be with him all the time. I also have 2 kids that goes to school. Nobody will replace me to take care of them.

Please help me get him back to the way he was before.. i really don't know why he had that stroke. Telly had no vices.. he was a good father, a good provider.. the kids miss the old Telly so much.. please help me ease their pain.. As much as I am eager to go out and work for my family, eventhough I also feel sick with my thyroid problem, I will fight for them..

For questions about our current status, you can send me a private message.. i'd be happy to entertain all your questions.. I w
