Surviving muscular dystrophy

I'm Tommy... I have Emery Drifuss which is a form of muscular dystrophy... need help to purchase a vehicle to be more independent and to be able to go back to school... it's difficult living with muscular dystrophy and having a pacemaker/defibrillators... every day is a struggle but I don't complain and thank God that I have a chance to live longer... I need help buying a vehicle with certain options so I can be more independent because certain cars or trucks are hard for me to get in and out of... I'm in need so I can get back into school and be able to get around more often... I use a motorized chair because I cannot walk long distances or be on my feet for to long... I live alone and have the sweetest dog to keep me company.... I don't let my condition determine my future and I continue to strive and overcome...
