Surrogate and embryo donation

I am looking for help in completing my family . I have about 1/3 of the money needed to pursue this venture . I had an emergency hysterectomy and therefore can no longer have children myself . I need a surrogate which is 17000 and that's at a discount I have 10000 right now . The procedure is 12000 and surrogate 17000 plus all the medical which I have insurance for the actual pregnancy and stuff after 6 weeks of embryo transfer . I cannot use my eggs as I had a child with Down's syndrome and she passed at 5 months so I have to have embryos which are another almost 6000 . Thank you so much
