Surprise wedding

my partner told me he wanted to marry me. I told him yes but then he got sad and started to cry and I said baby what is wrong? He said that he couldn't afford to get both of us to a state that allowed gay marriage that was legal. So I would like to raise money to get us to a state to get married. I want to raise the money then when I get it tell him to pack his bags an I surprise him so we can get married. Please help me get our dreams to come true.
