Surgical Operation for my Father: Posterior Decompression Spinal Fusion

My Father (Marcelo D. Balza) who is a welder was moving an acetylene cylinder when suddenly something pops on his back without minding about it because he did not feel anything, but after 2 months he felt pain in his back and numbing in his left leg and later on was bedridden. After medical exam and MRI he was diagnosed with "Cauda Equina Syndrome possible Pott's Disease" and is advised to undergo surgery procedure "Posterior Decompression Spinal Fusion with Instrumentation".The Procedure is to be done in the Philippines and the cost is close to 1M pesos.
