Surgery to achieve dream bimbo body!

I’ve always felt so insecure with my boobs. I just felt they weren’t as perky as my personality and that just makes my confidence so low! I want to get a cup or two bigger and make gruel perkier / more round! I want them big enough so I don’t have to wear a bra out. I also want to get two syringes of lip filler to get the pouty sexy lips to match my new rack! I’m so excited and hope we can make this happen - I will definitely spoil everybody who contributes!
