surgery needed!!

I am 24 years old, when I was 14 I fell off a roof, shattered my jaw in three places and lost my 6 front teeth.  Since then I have fallen into great depression and have constant social anxiety.  I have been working with many surgeons in the past ten years, finally I got the major surgery of reconstructing my jaw, which would help my airway.  But the surgeries are not covered by my insurance any longer.  I still have one surgery left and ct scans amoungst other things.  I have alot of medical debts, over 10 thousand worth, and the hospital has told me they cannot take any further action with my surgery until the debt is paid.
