Surgery in herniated disc

My name is Kyle frasco, and I'm 19 years old, with diagnosed of slipped disc. Or in other words herniated disc

I had been feeling this pain for 2 years but ignored it, and now it got worst that I can't walk properly, November 2018 came so I went to the doctor and got diagnosed, and asked for MRI scan and X-ray scan, and that's when they saw I have a disc protruding out, that answered all my pain,..

This is my first time asking for help that is because I'll be needing a surgery, the sooner the better but the cost of the replacement of the disc is what, pushing the schedule further and further away, the replacement of disc is around 250K pesos, going to 300k/ $5000 to $6000..

I would like to ask for help from all of you so that I can go on with the surgery, I am being rehabilitation right now just to ease the pain, my rehab is supposed to be everyday but due to lack of financial we're just doing it twice a week,
