Surgery in herniated disc

I am kyle Frasco 19 years old male, Im currently a nursing freshman at my university,. I used to play football, and is a swimmer, I felt back pain when I was in 11th grade, but I ignore thinking it was just some soreness, till this late November, which the pain got worse, that I couldn't stand nor walk sometimes, my mom took me to the hospital, and the doctor to get me an X-ray and MRI, the results came out, and I got a mild dextroscoliosis, and at the MRI it showed a disc protruding out of my spine compressing both my sciatic nerves, when the doctor saw this, he gave an order of me not being able to run, nor lift heavy objects and do anything that could affect my back that will cause the disc to cut off my nerve. I got a PWD Card, orthopedic disorder, due to it, and he told me I need to have a surgery and replace my disc to a new one, so that I could live my life normally again. I would like to ask for help from all of you, we're not rich to pay the remaining amount after the discount of philhealth, and the doctor fee and etc. The amount I posted is the least expected amount in our side to pay, thank you everyone and.
