Problem: The hospital will NOT perform surgery without getting my deductible PAID IN FULL.
My deductible is $2,000. I will be out of work, with limited time off, for 6 to 8 weeks, and cannot afford the living expenses while on leave, nor the care I will need and be able to continue to care for my 4 children.
I am grateful for any donations or contributions you can give.
