Surgery for my son

Are you able to help us please 

my son was born with a cleft palate ,he had that repaired at 9 months old . Two years old now and  amazing little boy . 

now he is growing up and the repair is coming apart , we were told he would need another surgery to repair it once again , and it will cost us a lot of money to get it done . Not only do we have to fly down south to the doctor again  .as our town does not have a doctor to be able to do the operation . We need to find somewhere to stay and pay for the operation he needs . We have started saving our money as we need to be there in 2 months but are afraid we won't be able to go as we are on a single income and rent and bills to pay we won't get enough money saved in time . That's why I'm asking for help , which I really hate doing but I know it's the best for my child .  It will help him with his development once the gap in his soft palate is closed , he will learn how to talk and be able to start school when he turns four . he is also behind in his mental development at the moment , doctors are saying he is at 1yr old leavel instead of 3 yr old leavel . We are also waiting to get results to see of he has autism . 

Any donation big or small will truly help us reach our goal quicker than we can on our own , we know it's a big ask to ask people to help us out but we are lost on what else we can do to pay for flights and operation , as you can see I'm not real good and this :( I'm trying to explain I just don't know how to put it all Down into words .
