Surgery for my dog

This is my "little" pal, Edward. As you can see from the picture, he can't walk using his right back leg. His cruciate ligament is teàred and, the best option for him, is surgery, because speeds up the rate of recovery, reduces joint degeneration, and enhances function. They use an implant to repair the cruciate attachment to the joint. But this kind of surgery cost aprox. $2500 USD and I don't have that amount of money. I do have $600 USD, but I need the rest.
