Lucky, the two year old Tree Walking Coon Hound that was surrendered last week, was taken to the vet today and things are not good. He was neutered today but it was a little tougher on him as he had a retained testicle. But that was taken care of.

What we need help with is the fact that this poor guy has to undergo surgery on his hip/rear leg. This is from being hit/run over by a car. He is very stoic about the pain but he is in pain. The x-rays show the damage to his hip and we have to have it fixed if he is to have any kind of a pain free life. The surgery, with today's x-rays, is going to run in the neighbor hood of $600.00. That does not include the surgery he had today for neuter and retained testicle.

Any help you could give with financial assistance for this surgery would be greatly appreciated and we know Lucky would give plenty of puppy kisses in thanks.
