Surgery for Jennifer

Hello Everyone

My cousin, in my birth country of the Dominican Republic, has Nutcrackers Syndrome. She is a sweet 16 year old girl named Jennifer. We have been working on raising the money for her surgery over the past few months but time is running out. She has recently taken a turn for the worst and the doctor that has been treating her says she is starting to fail and needs the surgery by Tuesday or there will be a possibility she will be too weak to make it through the surgery. This is a last ditch effort to try and get the remaining $6500 for her surgery. I asked why cant they do it and take payments but was told they need the full amount up front before they will work on her. They do not have an insurance program there and all medical needs need to be paid with cash. Anything anyone gives would be greatly appreciated and may save the life of a 16 year old girl.
