Surgery for a 6 month old dog

It is a female dog,6 months old.She has a congenital condition,right patellar subluxation and bilateral hip dislocation.The latter is very severe and causes much pain.It's condition is very bad,she barely eats.She will need two surgeries,the main one putting artificial joints bilaterally.The surgery will cost 600 euros and the poor dog has to be medicated until then because she's in a lot of pain.
