Hi. My name is Gerald rutendo ticharewa I'm 42 years old I live in Zimbabwe Africa I suffered nerve damage to the back 19months ago and couldn't walk for 2 months only managed to after 10 weeks of physiotherapy sessions, I'm suffering from weakness in the lower limbs and urinary and faecal incontinence which making my life difficult.
Physician said paralysis is imminent if I don't nerve conduction test done and operation for spinal adjustment.
Zimbabwe has no medical insurance and I'm battling with medication and funds for the medical procedures.
I'm appealing for assistance to the tune of $3900usd.
