Surgery and dialysis for tatay bertin

Tatay bertin 65 from tagaytay Philippines has Diabetes, his heart is becoming big with alot of hole,stage 4 liver cancer his liver are shrinking, his lungs have too much water ..he cant breathe properly, he has asthma and needs dialysis 3x a week ..need surgery for the pipes in his neck and need to connect that pipe in his heart ..cox the pipe in his neck has been over used, he needs injection for insuline 2x a day morning and night ..depends of the sugar level. Please help save tatay bertin's life. A little drop of water can create an ocean.
