Surfing the Nations is a non-profit, humanitarian organization based in Wahiawa, Hawaii. With the simple principle of surfers giving back. We work with international communities in various countries in Asia and the Middle East to bring immediate relief by providing humanitarian supplies such as food and clothing, but beyond that, Surfing the Nations sees surf clubs as a powerful way to enhance communities. At the end of June, STN will be heading to Indonesia for three weeks. There are multiple outreach opportunities while we are there...
-Community service projects
-Volunteering at local orphanages and schools
-Outreach to improverished communities
-Attend cultural and religious ceremonies
There are so many good things that STN does in the communities of Indonesia. I feel called by God to join in on this amazing opportunity, impacting lives in positive ways that will endure long after I leave. This fundraising goal is an ambitious one, it will require $3,500 for travel and living expenses and I have just 15 days to raise it.
