Surf For Life

Surf For Life is a San Francisco based Non Profit started by three friends who surf, and have made a dedicated effort to give back to the beautiful coastal communities in which surfers and tourists frequent around the world.  They've established a deep connection with the town of Puerto Viejo, on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica, El Cuco, El Salvador, and Manzanillo Nicaragua, and have led volunteer groups in building schools/renovation projects in these locations for the last 3 years, working side by side with the locals. But this would NOT be possible without Volunteers. The money they raised for the trip pays for the projects, and in turn improves quality of life for many less fortunate people. The Salesforce.com Foundation is thrilled with what SFDC employees have accomplished to date, and the partnership's future potential, given SFDC's commitment to global philanthropy.
