This is my husband Jerry Mendoza Jr., a jolly person and he loves food. He also loves cooking. Sobrang simple at hindi materyaloso. As long as our children is happy, masaya na din siya.

Ito naman ang eldest namin si jj Jeremy James Mendoza with kua jc wearing the fox hat. Same with their dadi matakaw sila.

First and last movie date namin since hindi siya mahilig manood ng movie s big screen kasi gastos lang daw, in fact free tickets lang yan from a good friend of mine (tl aia).

Hello everyone! I am Catherine Mendoza asking for your help to raise funds for my husband, Jerry Selmo Mendoza Jr. He left me with 4 children at his early age of 35. Our eldest is 12yrs old, our 2nd child is 8yrs old then our 3rd child is 5yrs old who are all studying already and our youngest is only 6month old. It's very hard without him since he's the one who's taking care of our children. He's a very loving husband and father to my children.

He was diagnosed of hyperthyroidism last 2010 and had been in and out of the hospital since 2014, until he died last Dec 26, 2018 due to Multiple Organ Failure secondary to Thyroid Storm. He has been in the hospital (ICU) from Dec 21 until Dec 26 2018, we never lose hope but we have to let go so he will no longer be in pain. Hospital bill was too high and our family doesn't have enough money to pay for that huge amount (750,000.00). The hospital will not release his Official Death Certificate unless we paid the full amount of the unpaid hospital bills. This will affect some public documentation for me and my husband.(ex. applying for single parent)
