Supporting those with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) by Cycling across the USA Sept 2017

I love bikes. I've cycled along the west coast of Ireland and done a 60 mile night ride from London to the South coast of England, as well as a small tour across Arkansas. But now, I'm about to cycle for someone else apart from myself. I'm going to try and cycle across America to raise funds for Multiple Sclerosis research and treatment.

I'll be riding the Southern Tier with Bike The US For MS, starting in California and finishing in Florida, 53 days and 3070 miles later. On any days when I'm not cycling I'll be working with biketheusforms to help people with MS, by building access ramps, cleaning gardens and just generally helping out where needed.

I'm looking to raise 3070 dollars. One dollar for every mile that I ride. ALL funds raised will go towards helping MS. I am paying my own way and will be camping in back yards, firestations, maybe a church or three and wherever I'm sure I won't get attacked by wild animals! All food and daily overheads will be paid for by me as will the costs to get me back home when I finish the ride. If you donate, your donation will be helping MS and also pushing me to the finish line in Florida.

I'll be blogging as I go, tweeting, instagraming and using a tour app to pinpoint where I am on the route daily. Which you'll be able to follow and see where I am and how I'm doing as I cycle across 8 states.
