Supporting Distance Friendship

So. I met this wonderful lady 5 years ago online. We are about 9k miles apart. But she has this beautiful smile , rather contagious laughter whenever we tell jokes and she has helped to support me in many ways even when we're apart. She's someone whom I see as a sister as our age are close to each other. However, her real life has it's hardships especially medical wise and her daily life. I would want to surprise her by getting some fund to support her but I'm just a normal university student in another country.. Please help.
