Support A Family In Gaza With Necessities

Hello, my name is Jaime from Canada, and i am raising money on behalf of Hatem from Gaza. Hatem reached out to me after being in contact for several weeks and has provided me with verifiable information about himself. Hatem and his family need money for basic necessities for his family such as milk, diapers, and food as well as to pay off accumulated debt that is weighing on his family. I will be collecting the donations & sending 100% of them directly to Hatem via Western Union. I will provide receipt for proof once the Western Union payment has been sent. As well as give any updates Hatem & his family are willing to share. :)

Gaza has been under a military blockade for 15 years, this means that imports and exports, as well as the movement of people in and out of Gaza, and access to agricultural land and fishing waters are restricted. Gazans are unable to provide for their families and the quality of infrastructure and vital services has deteriorated. This makes Gaza the world’s largest open air prison. Apart from the bare necessities needed for Hatem’s family as of current, life is a constant struggle for Gazans as 35% live in poverty and in the past 6 years the average wage in Gaza has dropped by 20% according to the UN’s website.

We need to keep a constant eye on and support for our people on the ground in Palestine, which is why i encourage you to open your heart and give what you can today. No family should have to make the choice between basic needs.
