Support Women’s Travel

We are a small, women-specific adventure travel company - www.callwild.com.  We have been around for 35 years but margins in this business are tight, especially while the economic recovery lingers and until people feel comfortable spending money on travel again, and the two owners currently do not turn enough of a profit to pay themselves any compensation.

We are working on a website upgrade project to improve the customer experience, help retain customers, and create a client database.  To date, every thing is manual - clients registering for trips are data entered into spreadsheets as are hard copy trip applications that are filled out by clients by hand.  Even requests to be added to the mailing list are entered manually into our online mailing campaign provider.

Our site will be e-commerce enabled (so that trip deposits are processed automatically instead of manually at a later date) and of these tasks will be automated so that the client data is recorded and the client received immediate confirmation.

The cost for this back end web site project is $1,850.  It is currently in progress and expected to be completed by the end of March.  Full payment for the services will be due at the end of April, hence the end date of April 30, 2013.
