Support with health concerns

Hey everyone. I'm having a hard time working a full time job and making sure I get all my medical issues taken care of. I love my job. I work hard. I pay my bills without fail, but my health has been put aside because I just don't make enough to take care of my heart health right now. I am needing a pacemaker put in very soon and I just can't afford to pay all my bills and take care of this on my own. I'm frightened and worried and reaching out for support and prayers. I just need to get back on my feet and save enough to get this done very quickly and keep up with Drs appointments. I am in pain almost daily because of this and try to keep a smile the best I can. Any help would be be appreciated and I love you all.
