Support while in College

I am building a better life for myself and my children. I'm a 41 year old single mom, I attend college part time and working full time. I have a pell grant to pay for college but I'm still going into debt to pay for my living expenses. I do not live an expensive lifestyle, I just need to pay minimal necessaties, my expenses are about $500 over what I make each month. Little about me; College was not an option for me right after High School, my mom was very unstable (schizophronic) and was in jail by the time I graduated from High School. I graduated a semester early to support myself. I was married for 13 years, to a man I started dating at 16, my ex-husband became very emotionally and verbally abusive after we had children. I am the only member of my immediate family to have graduated High School and now attend College. I made the Dean's List in 2013 and have a lot to teach my kids about hard work. I have now regained my selfesteem and I'm rebuilding my life, I want to make my kids proud.
