Support Under priviledged LGBTI Survive in Kenya during COVID 19

My name is Byron Ochieng an LGBTQ identifying person living in Kenya. There have been many strides achieved in fighting for SOGIE rights but a new challenge is faced by various LGBTI persons and organizations with the emergence of COVID-19; of particularly concern is the plight of under privileged LGBTQ persons who have no where to turn to at the moment with the closure of safe spaces and social distancing.

With your contribution, I and other like minded LGBTQ friends hope to reach at least 100 LGBTQ persons to access basic needs: Housing, Food, Water & Medical assistance wherever they are in Kenya.

As LGBTQ persons we live in constant awareness of our vulnerability in our society. Violence, security & discrimination among others are our daily-lived realities. Your contribution will help someone who currently does not have a roof over their head as they have been disowned or chased away from home because of their sexuality and is moving from one host to another each day just to find a place to rest.

Your contribution will help a number of LGBTI persons living below $1 a day to have access to food during this time of Curfews & Self distancing.

Your contributions maybe the only opportunity for someone to get medical assistance and survive COVID-19.
