Support to mental health problem&abusive case

“Since September, 2020 I started a Facebook page “It’s OK to not be OK” as a channel to help people who need a help with mental health advices and other counselings. It becomes popular by time and it’s totally free for everyone. I run this charity by myself but of course this couldn’t be success without your kind contribute….”

Full Details:

I have lost many people who I care and love because of the mental health problem. I created a Facebook page “It’s OK to not be OK” to help people who do need someone to talk, discuss and get useful advices. There is no fixed rate for the service fee. Just any amount is OK. And free for students and if they have no money, it’s also FREE as well.

I devote myself to do this page and help people because I lost many friends who suicided themselves as they have a depressive disorder and mental health problem. I feel sorry that nobody listened to them respectfully at the time they need.

Personally, I am getting better from depressive disorder and panic. I still visit psychologist secretly since people around me don’t understand and not welcome me as before. They thought I am an inability person.

With the experience of having these mental health problem, I could reach and touch the people who need help’s feeling. I can be a good listener and give them advices in life.

My page has been created since September 2020 but it becomes popular and outstanding for people who need help as it is almost free of charge. Not only people who have a mental health problem but people who need advice in life, people who got abusive from their relatives or someone they know and etc.

In 2021, I would like to do all the service for free for people who need help. Also I do hope to get help from you to support things I am doing.

Please support me and this will delivery to others.

As Thailand is not really aware of helping and treating these people properly. They consider that these people are the inability person to work or to be friended with. Many people have refused from applying job or get any opportunities in life once the companies found out that the applicants have a mental health problem. Also, there are 17 free service lines for people who need someone to talk to. Meanwhile Thailand has 70 Million people.
