Support the victims of the acid attack in Kabul Afghanistan

Unidentified men threw acid on the faces of three women and two children in the central city of Kabul, Afghanistan

Nafisa, a 35 years Afghan Dermatologist with two other women aged from 18 to 20 years and two children aged from 5 to 11 years were sprayed with acid on the face, neck and chest and are currently hospitalised in the Isteglal hospital in Kabul. Nafisa has long been involved in volunteer work, helping victimes of acid attack and he had never thought that one day she will become a victim herself.

Nafisa who has completely lost her face says " The biggest question of my life is to know who thought this unjust act should happen to me and what I had done wrong to deserve this?" she said that she has no personal enmity with anyone and has always supported women with such situation without expecting that one day she will be the victim of such incident herself. The Afghan Security Forces were few meters away when the unidentified men threw acide on us and they dare came to help us said Nafisa while burning in pain.

Sameera, nieces of Nafisa who is also among the victims of acid attack, describes the incident as this " It was the second night of the Eid and we were on our way to home from my uncle's house when the incident took place. The weather was nice and our house was on a walk distance so we decided to walk to house. We arrived to a place where it was bit darker and suddenly people with masks sprayed acid on us and run away. They were able to carry such inhume act to us, while a few meters away there were police duty station. We shouted for help and it was the worst time I have ever witnessed such as disastrous situation.

Nafisa says "I know the perpetrators of this event will never be arrested, as none has been arrested in the past and I am not the only women being attacked with acid. I do not want anything, as it's too late, I have lost my face for ever and can not have my face back, I only want to know the motive of this incident and why were we spray with acid.
