Support the slum mum & help educate their children

Rose Community Based Organization is supporting vulnerable women in the slums by helping them create businesses and pay school fees to educate their children. Most women are bread winners yet they are illiterate and thus have no good opportunity for jobs or getting money to start a business to maintain sustainability.

The kids are sent home from school due to lack of fees. The jobs they get pay them as little as $30 in a month which is not enough to pay rent, feed the kids or take them to school. If they get supported to start a business or two, they will be able to sustain themselves and pay school fees and the children might just be the change the family needs.

The school fees is at most $50, which is inclusive of lunch. If we get 50 people to donate $1, a child will go to school.The target is to educate at least 100 children this year and get business products for at least 10 women to help them earn income and become sustainable.
