Hello everyone! My name is HOSUWE and I am an artist/singer-songwriter. I'm a very emotional person with a number of songs in my catalog. And I am here to ask for your support to back my project (an EP) entitled: 4PM.
Before I go through all the shenanigans on why you think this campaign is very important to me, let me tell you a back story about this album... (it's gonna get emotional, you'll be needing tissues, haha).
Have you ever felt lost in love? Whenever you go down the street, you saw her/him cruising with someone else, your heart seems to crack a little. I know mine did.
Well I met this girl two years ago, and back then, I didn't believe in love at first sight. But when I saw her in school, I said, damn, what's this feeling I'm feeling? I can't stop thinking about her.
And so I approached her. Said our hi's and our hello's and then just like that, we became really good friends. So close that on the first day we conversed, we already told each other dirty jokes. LOL it was a match made from heaven for me.
Well, I'm an old-fashioned guy who believes in friendship before love. Yeah, I know. Nice guys finish last. But I believe in all the 'written in the stars' bull and the 'invisible string that pulls two people together' crap. Call me anything you want but heart will never go out of style (trust me).
Long story short, she fell in love with a douche bag. I don't understand it really, how women can't read the signs. She knows how I love her so much, give her presents, time, even wrote her English class poem for her. I'm that kind of dude. Instead, she ended up with a cheater and a heart breaker.
That year was an outburst of creativity for me. I wrote 100+ songs about her (it's not creepy if it's love hahaha). Some were about us being together, happy moments that made us laugh and made our eyes crinkle. But most of the songs were about the distance, and how it pains me from afar to see them both together. And how seeing her in the end suffering from a broken heart stabbed me, how I 'think' somehow, it was me all along.
Up to this day, I still love her. And I think it's about time to let her hear the songs I've written for her, and to let the world hear how painful it is to be in love and being out of love. How band-aids can't mend a broken soul, or even time.
The best revenge? Sing the songs you wrote at local clubs without her knowing. The crowd seems to enjoy how scarred I am with the situation (masochistic humans!).
Then here comes, 4PM.
4PM stands for the time we first met.
4PM stands for the time we always hung out.
4PM stands for the time I always see them hanging around when she was too busy with his man and I stand in the rain watching them together under an umbrella.
4PM stands for the time she revealed how painful it was for her to be with him.
And 4PM stands for her name's initials. The album is dedicated '4 P.M.".
So why support this 4PM? For one, I am grateful that I have this platform to ask you guys to support me. Whenever I'm writing something, I feel vulnerable and a famous artist once said that having these songs exposed to a larger crowd will make a singer invincible.

Here are some preview:
Those were some snippets (I don't want to give everything away). The tracks were all produced by myself and those serve as my demo for the actual recording. Here in my town, I've met with great musicians who could help enhance the EP. They are people who have years of experiences, way, way ahead of me. Recording an album takes a lot of time and effort. I also need a band to back it up. There are certain elements of each songs that I want to include but am not capable of doing it by myself. The mixing and the equalizing is also a different thing.
Everyone will get a personalized thank you note from me. But to those who will donate $20 dollars up will get the physical copy of the album. Just send me your address and I'll get in touch with you.
Are you ready for 4PM? Thank you and all my love is with all you brokenhearted people out there!
