Hi everyone, I bought as a single parent a house. I have 2 kids. The buyers knew how to convince me and I trusted them. They said that everything works and there is no renovation needed. After I bought it, I wanted to paint the walls. So I needed to pull the wooden wall and then I saw the hard reality...
I need to do the follow renovations:
1. new roof because of water infiltration
2. new support beams (they are all rotten)
3. electricity need to be certificated
4. new bathroom
I put all my savings just to buy the house and I also borrowed money from the bank. I'm hopeless and helpless.
