Support Rebecca’s grieving family

Please help hug a grieving heart!

Hello friends, family and grieving partners,

We want to introduce you to little girl named Rebecca who has been battling cancer, Rhabdomyosarcoma since 2015. After long treatment she was in remission for a few months and then again in the summer of 2016 the cancer came back. The last few days have been very difficult for her. She had a biopsy of the liver done to see if the cancer had spread to the liver and weather the doctors would have to remove the bile duct or the liver as well. Thankfully her biopsy came back clear of cancer cells in the liver. As a complication of the biopsy and all the cancer treatment, her heart started to fail and she stopped eat. She was then taken to the hospital intensive care unit (ICU) on Thursday because her condition started to worsen and she was not able to breath on her own. She was put on a pump to do the work of the heart and lungs. This was followed by her liver failing and then her kidneys. She was put into a medically induced coma to help control her pain and reduce the stress on the body. She was also put on a machine to support her kidneys. The doctors gave the family very little hope that she would make it overnight but she has hung on for a few days now with the prayer of friends and family. Now the kidneys are failing even on the pump and her blood pressure is dropping and doctors are giving her less than 1% chance. We are asking for continued prayer for her little body and soul. Only God’s hand can change the course. Her parents are both spending all their time at the hospital and are not able to work. She is one of 13 children.
