Support Our Startup’s Final Stages so we can Create Jobs in the UK

Since September 2012 i have personally founded and created a UK Search Engine called 'fearch' named after (finding something by searching). fearch is aiming to be a Major UK Search Player over the coming years. If successful, this project and company will create a large amount of jobs for the UK (something of which the UK needs).

Too much talent is going to waste in the UK and if fearch is ever successful it would be able to offer sustainable & exciting jobs to many people who need such and to those who's talents are going to complete waste. Many university graduates after studying hard for 3 years and successfully graduating are now even working on 'supermarket checkouts' or 'stacking shelves' as they cannot find openings in 'career driven' companies. It's just not the way the country is going to develop or grow it's talented individuals. The saying goes "Use your leg or lose it..", we don't want our graduates sidetracked into being checkout robots who forget what passion and having a dream was once like. Seeing them being dragged into a forever trapped mundane lifestyle due to the 'immediate cash convenience' of which is solely due to a lack of exciting career driven job opportunities on the table for them.

I have personally funded this project's development and in doing to have cut back on even the basics that many people take for granted in peoples lives, such as a holiday for me and my partner & son. The last holiday i had was in 2004 and we've not had a relaxing break since at least 2012. My fiancee has supported me so much and i cannot thank her enough. She has seen me balance everything on my shoulders and watched me work none stop to try to make fearch a thriving UK success. The project is near the final stages of completion but investment is very hard to come by to give it the needed final push. Too much 'red tape' is the issue for financing, it also takes far too long as well. Some business loans demand a minimum of 2 years LTD company trading with an annual turnover of £100,000. That's no use to startups at all and rules us all out. So bank financing is not an option.

Investment cues are literally around the corner of every possible investors office with peoples 'gimmicks' and 'dreams' in tow. I do not want the further growth of this important project to be hindered by 'red tape' issues and in me having to try to 'out do' all other 'gimmick/fad' starts ups just to get some funding from a private investor who has to be strict with themselves on where they invest their own limited funds.

That all starts to distract me and as the creator and i then end up spending far too much trying to put together bank level business plans' and in turn spending all of my development time seeking support. No one else sees your own project as important to you i understand that and that was the first thing that i ever learned. So if i cant find one single bank or a single investor person to help with the funding in 'whole' to expand and grow, then it would be amazing to have the funds raised from multiple small donations to moved forward a few more steps.

Please help fearch overcome these barriers as i aim to make fearch a thriving UK company so that i can personally create UK jobs further down the line. Setting up a company/project is not about becoming rich as some people may think, it's about creating something that can eventually 'self sustain it's own giving back', such as creating sustainable jobs for many people and helping the UK industry and economy be far more stronger so we can continue to help others.
