Welcome to the Balaban Business fundraiser page! We are a family blessed with the entrepreneurial spirit, including our 6 year old daughter. We collectively have 3 Businesses, and many more projects underneath each of those businesses. Our daughter is in the creating stage of her business and has a few ideas that she wants to invest in.

Our businesses do very well when we have money to invest and run them properly. We have some grand plans and visions for how we will utilize these funds for our businesses. Our focus and intention with all of our businesses is to be of service for the planet and as many people as possible!

I, Maxwell, run Holy Mushroom as a holistic healing guide, and a holistic mushroom, functional medicine business. This is the main business I am looking to fund. We are doing research on mushrooms such as Lions Mane, Maitake, Tigers Milk, and many more in preventing and healing NDs (Neurodegenerative Diseases), such as Parkinsons, Dementia, Alzeheimers, etc. These powerful medicines have been used for thousands of years in the East, and show a plethora of promising scientific evidence for treating NDs. There are many studies currently underway. My father was sadly diagnosed with Parkinsons in the last few months, and my desire to help him has sparked the inspiration of this project. I am looking to coach people with NDs, as well as their families, to set them off on a path of healing, as there is much more hope than ever in preventing, treating, and healing these diseases.

My other business is Holy Bolo, a Bolo Tie/Necklace business with a purpose! I create Bolo Ties unlike any out there on the market. From laser engraved designs, to crystal, to repurposed necklace pendants I turn into Bolos. We have many innovations that we are creating and just require some capital to begin development. It is our vision to bring the Bolo into the limelight as a symbol of Truth, and encourage the highest self expression of all beings! We donate to many causes on an alternating basis, from planting trees, to feeding those with limited food resources. It is our vision to travel the world to find rare crystals, materials, and artistic styles, while giving back to the communities that we encounter on the way. We plan to immerse ourselves in their cultures and give what is needed most in these communities around the world.

Dawn's business is Blue Wilde, a natural approach to personal care, with herbs, candles, essential oils, and earth offerings! She creates products that encourage working in tune with nature to be the best version of yourself. She also helps to run a shop in Julian, CA where we have our products! And her most important role is of course being a wonderful mother.

Ela has been coming up with ideas for her businesses for a few years now. She is very artistic and will be using those skills in whichever business she creates! She has many ideas, and some of her ideas range from stickers that promote positivity, to journals with her art work on them, and a superfood lemonade stand. She is the most giving angel I have ever met and she plans to give back to the community with her proceeds.

We have some debt we want to pay off, and we had to get a new car after losing our last one prematurely. We have a monthly payment for that car and insurance that would be SO helpful to have taken care of, and a few other bills. We are confident, with a nice financial boost, we will be financially set for a long time and be able to thrive. With your help we will be able to fund our dreams legitimately for the first time, and pay it forward in the most effective, loving way possible!
