THE PROJECT IS INTENDED TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEMS OF ORPHANS AND VULNERABLE CHILDREN IN MASARA VILLAGE ESPECIALLY IN TERMS OF HEALTH AND EDUCATION NEEDS AS THEY ARE TRAUMATIZED AND IN IMPOVERISHED AS A RESULT OF THE DEATH OF THEIR PARENTS DUE TO HIV/AIDS PANDEMIC DISEASE.
