Campaign Story
This is a David v. Goliath Campaign. I am asking for your urgent financial to raise funds for my ongoing legal defense against the frivolous lawsuit filed by the DC Office of the Attorney General. The case was filed with improper political motivation against the Bilingual Teacher Exchange-a program that provides recruitment, placement, and ongoing teacher support services under the J1 Visa program. This case is motivated by foreign teachers seeking permanent visas to live and remain in the USA. After over 36 months of ongoing actions, this frivolous action has stopped and impacted all business operations. My family and I have been personally been funding my legal expenses amounting to over $160K as to date. The goal of the DC OAG's office is to force me to settle this case due to financial hardship. Consequently, I am reaching out to friends, family, and the global community for financial help. As you may know, I have committed over 25 years of my life to serving the community and public (especially to benefit immigrants and poor communities), I am a husband, father of an 10 year and 14 year old schooled aged kids, and a US Army Veteran. Please help me to defend my track record of service, restore my name, and defeat this evil Goliath. God Bless.
