My girlfriend and I were leaving the Engene Garage on Innes road, Durban, when we saw some commotion. A Mr Delivery bike rider had collided with a bakkie and was lying in the street. His bike went under the vehicle, with the handle bars compacted downwards and there was a severe dent on the side of the bakkie from where the rider, Mkombe Celestin Sefu, had come into contact. An ambulance took a semi-conscious Celestin away. He contacted me a few days later and explained that he had broken his arm but was doing much better. After further correspondence I discovered that he has four kids to support which he is unable to do as a result of not being able to work.
This campaign has been set up to raise some funding to assist Celestin in supporting his family while he is unable to work.
