Support my sister and me with our living arrangements

My sister and I will both be at university coming september. For my mother, supporting 2 children at university alone is nearly impossible. After my fathers death it has been hard to make ends meet, but until now we have always made it work. But we are very worried about getting by next year.

To live close to campus we would need to rent an apartment or studio, which is very expensive. My sister and I both work to try and help with the costs, but with school we cannot work enough hours to pay for living arrangements. The cost of the living arrangements are 7000 euros for 1 year.
