My mother was severely impacted by my father's rapid decline and death from Lewy Body Dementia. Taking care of my father in his final days resulted in permanent damage to her back, legs and internal organs. What should have been a happy retirement became a living hell as her loving husband of 50+ years forgot who she was, became scared, violent and aggressive. The end result being that my mother was no longer able travel and needs daily care.

All donations will go towards research into the causes and cures for LBD as well as providing support for families of Lewy-Body Dementia victims who have found themselves suddenly in dire straits due to how sudden the onset of this disease is.
