Help Neema to fight multiple diseases (kidney, diabetic and heart)

My name is Neema Shaban Kitundu living in Kilimanjaro region at Himo

area on way to Mount Kilimanjaro national park. I am a mother of two

children. Currently, I do not have sufficient income to pay bills for

consultation, dialysis, treatment and buy medicine for my diseases after

eruption of COVID-19 pandemic.

This pandemic has reduced my income dramatically to less than $1 per day. I have petty business of sell groundnuts on the streets. Now there a lock-down. No unnecessary movement and purchasing power has reduced for processed foods on the streets.

One of my diseases is kidney. I got operation to replace failed kidney three times. Now I cannot do operation again. Also, I have diseases of diabetic, heart and stomach ulcers. For past six months and even during COVID-19 pandemic, I have been skipping clinics for consultation and also missed required dosage to ill or reduce pains. Doctors told me than my condition is worsen because I am missing proper diet and skipping of medicine.

Having these diseases without money, now I am suffering with stresses and usually takes up to seven days with sleepless nights. Sometimes, I over dosage in order to sleep but nothing happen. Really, I am suffering.
