Hi, my name is Orena, and I'm in my last year of high school in a small city in Albania. Since I was little, I have had the desire to know human thoughts, their behaviour, their souls and their feelings. Everything related to the human mind has intrigued me. I have tried to always know my friends and myself. Slowly this process turned into a sublime passion to recognize brain science.

I live in a small city here in Albania and a lot of things are impossible to realize. I was lucky enough to meet a Peace Corps Volunteer many years ago that helped me to look for colleges. I instantly fell in love with the American University of Bulgaria, and attending this university has been my dream ever since. Here in Albania, the opportunities to study psychology are limited, and I would have little hope of realizing this dream. The American University of Bulgaria would make my dream possible.

However, this dream comes at a cost, and this cost may inhibit my ability to attend my dream university. I hope that you will consider supporting me in achieving this dream, every bit helps me to get just a little bit closer to Bulgaria.
