Hi,

My name is Anshul Tiwari and i am an Internet entrepreneur.

There are many families out there who don't want to take their old parents at their home so I am going to build an old age home for those senior citizens.

COST :

I am asking for donations within other platforms too and I am asking here for 20,000 USD donations.

It will cost me about 1 crore and 20 lacs rupees to complete this project including ; multiple floors accommodation, dining hall , fitness centre, 24×7 small hospital, beautiful garden etc.

ESTIMATION ;

Land Estimate : 35 Lacs Rupees

Buildings Estimate : 40 Lacs Rupees

Facilities Estimate : 25 Lacs Rupees

Extra 20 Lacs rupees , reserved for ongoing facilities and expenditures that are spent by me.

LOCATION ; I am going to build this old age home in Rewa,Madhya Pradesh. (India) With the living space of 500 people.

This old age home is going to help many old people because they don't need to pay us for living, living will be free forever.

In the present time I am individually looking into it but as soon as my project gets funded, I will start doing work to build this old age home.

There will be caring hands for those senior citizens who are unable, I am going to provide all necessary facilities which are required for our senior citizens.

Just think if any family take out their old parents from home, our old age home will be there to support them.

If they gets sick they don't need to go anywhere because our 24×7 small hospital will be there for them.

Those senior citizens are going to enjoy our old age home.

We are going to make them happy, they will enjoy fun activities, in-door games, yoga classes etc.

I am going to make it the bestest old age of india. I am really very excited to build this old age home as this is apart of my dream.
