I am writing to you all today as Loti and Hayley's friends, family and loved ones, to ask for your generosity and support. Loti is a very proud and charismatic man, and would never ask himself for your support, however he is faced with a lengthy, and financially very costly battle to stay with Hayley in the UK. He has already had an application to stay in the UK refused, and is now poised in the coming weeks to be forced to travel back to his native Tonga, and carry on the fight there without his wife or family for support. They are currently battling with the Home Office to enable Loti to remain in the UK, and with the support of specialist immigration solicitors, to fight their case. As you can imagine, this is a very stressful and traumatic time for both of them. I have set up this page up with their blessing, with the soul purpose to ease the burden of their legal costs that are inevitably building by the day. The pair have only recently got married in December 2013, and are looking forward to spending the rest of their lives togther. To seperate them to opposite corners of the world is inconceivable. Please donate as much or as little as you can. Finally, i ask you to please share this onto all of Loti and Hayley's friends. Your warm generosity is greatly appreciated by both Loti and Hayley, and all their family. Thank you

***Update*** I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has kindly donated towards supporting Loti and Hayley Molitika. The pair are overwhelmed with the generosity shown by so many people. Last week I was able to present them with 850.00 (the figure is below the one shown as both PayPal and GoGetFunding frustratingly deducted a percentage [4% each] off our total raised, and I personally topped it back upto a around figure). Loti has unfortunately lost his battle to stay in the UK. He has been forced to take the decision to return to Fiji in July to apply for the relevant VISA from there. He has been told that the application can take up to 6 months whilst there. As you can imagine this is a very tough predicament for them both to come to terms with. Your kind donations have assisted in the cost of the UK legal fees to date, and are contributing to the huge cost of the VISA application and travel costs incurred by the whole process. Id like to take this opportunity once again to thank you all for your support. Best Wishes Matt Wainwright
