Hello, My name is Nigel Salmon. I am the founder of LIfe Support Jamaica, a group which support poor and desperate individuals living with HIV in Jamaica. The group (we) help such individuals by providing taxi fare, food, soap, drinks, etc. We also do hospital visits,visit ghettos and help HIV positive to start their own businesses.
